Join Instructed Gym Start!

Would you rather train in a group than alone? Do you need help to start gym training? Thinking about your performance technique? Gym Workout is now Instructed Gym Start. We clarified the name of the class and updated the class description. If you have already visited the class you may continue as usual – the class is still the same.

In an instructed gym start, movements are performed with both gym machines and free weights against time or the number of repetitions. The movements of the class can develop muscle strength, endurance, mobility and strengthen bones. The goal is to learn movement techniques and get a good workout feeling. The class is suitable for beginners who need support to start gym training, as well as for those who want to refine their movement techniques or want to experience the power of a group.

The class is held at Metropolia Myllypuro gym (house B, level K) on Wednesdays at 6.15 p.m. until 7.15 p.m. Gym Start is instructed by group exercise instructor Alex in English however you are able to get service in Arabic and a little bit in Finnish as well if needed.
