Sports courses are arranged during autumn and spring semesters.
In a course you have opportunity to get an introduction and a possibility to deepen your skills. Our course calendar has indoor and outdoor courses, and you can even find more rare sports courses. We aim to keep our course selection as wide as possible so that everyone can find a comfortable way to move. Everyone is welcome to our courses but if you have a Sports Pass, you will get a discount.
New: this semester you can have one trial lesson with your Sports Pass for the course before you pay for it. You can book the trial lesson with your Sports Pass at our Instructed classes reservation system. Trial lessons are marked as “Kokeilukerta” and they are usually held one week before the actual course starts.

Twerkkaus (Twerking) Thu 28.9. at 17.00 TALI / VANHA VIERTOTIE

Payment method and signing in
To sign in for the course you need to pay the course online in our reservation system. After this you only need to show up for the course during the first day. You will get more details from the course instructor.
If there are not enough participants the course will be cancelled. The course fee will be returned to the customers. You will be noted by e-mail if the course will not take place.
